Not to brag, but we were kind of a big deal in our own minds.
Transformational Leadership: I’ve led large technical teams of Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, Modelers, and Application Developers. I’ve consulted Fortune 500 companies on applications of AI, Data Architecture, Machine Learning, and NLP (think Azure, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Data Mesh, Data Lakehouse). Basically, if it’s techy and cool, I’ve probably done it.
People-Centric Leadership: I’ve led high-performing teams of professionals, establishing and growing practices from the ground up. I’ve moved the NPS needle for employee engagement from a negative to a positive following post-acquisition. My teams have been so happy, they moved our client NPS scores to an industry-leading 86%. Multi-dimensional Executive: My leadership spans a diverse spectrum of organizational landscapes, from start-ups to large private corporations, PE-backed, and publicly traded global entities. I’ve navigated enterprises from seed funding to a $60 million milestone and on the path to $600 million. I’m like a Swiss Army knife for business growth.
Successful Exits: I’ve got a history of four exits to public, private, and private equity buyers. I’ve demonstrated an innate ability to orchestrate the right strategy to maximize shareholder value and propel organizations to success. In other words, I know how to make a graceful exit.
Currently: I serve as a Board Member, Interim COO & CFO for several organizations, including LIDO, Inc., a clinician-led start-up technology company dedicated to the evolution and improvement of clinical study data capture and human experience. I’m helping the amazing Lido team in the areas of finance, operations, and funding. It’s like being a superhero, but with spreadsheets.

I started with Mosaix, which was bought by Lucent Technologies, who merged with Alcatel and then bought by Nokia. Lucent decided to spice up their life by acquiring Mosaix, a CRM system developer, for a cool $145 million. Imagine Lucent as a tech-savvy chef, and Mosaix as the secret ingredient they needed to perfect their customer service recipe.
